On August 7, 2009, Leonard Zaccagnino was a guest speaker
to other attorneys and professionals at the request of
the National Business Institute. His topics of discussion
related to settling uninsured and underinsured motorist
claims, including the ethical potholes.
On September 25, 2008, Leonard D. Zaccagnino spoke at
a New York State Bar Association Seminar entitled Keeping
Current with Automobile Litigation. Trying or resolving
a motor vehicle case requires an understanding of the
latest developments and trends in automobile tort law,
and this program was designed to familiarize attorneys
with the intricacies of automobile litigation, including
an overview of the latest developments in New York's serious
injury threshold. His lecture also covered the fundamentals
of insurance coverage, as well as uninsured and under-insured
motorist claims.
