JAMES M. SHAW
James M. Shaw
is a partner in the firm specializing in Civil and Criminal
practice, with a primary focus in the areas of Matrimonial
and Family Law. He has served as a representative in
national, state and local Bar Associations in the fields
of Criminal and Family Law, and is a past Director of
the Aid to Indigent Prisoners' Society and Erie County
Bar Association. He is an honor graduate of Canisius
College and the University of Toledo School of Law.
Mr. Shaw has recently been elected by fellow attorneys
as President of the Bar Association of Erie County.

JR.
Joseph H.
Shaw, Jr. is a partner in the Firm, and specializes
in Real Estate, as well as Business and Estate Law.
Mr. Shaw, an honor graduate from LeMoyne College and
the University of Toledo School of Law, and a member
of the Sports Lawyers Association, American, New York
and Erie County Bar Associations. A former Deputy Town
Attorney for the Town of Hamburg, Mr. Shaw is now legal
counsel for the Town of Hamburg Zoning Board of Appeals.
LEONARD
D. ZACCAGNINO
Leonard D.
Zaccagnino is a partner in the Firm. He is a member
of the New York State Trial Attorneys Association and
Association of Trial Attorneys of America. Mr. Zaccagnino's
practice focuses in civil litigation, specializing in
personal injury litigation representing people that
have been serious injured. A cum laude graduate of Canisius
College, and a Distinguished Graduate of Syracuse University
College of Law, Mr. Zaccagnino has spoken at various
training seminars for other attorneys in the area of
personal injury law.
JACK QUINN
Jack
Quinn is Special Counsel to the Firm, focusing primarily
on the personal injury matters. Mr. Quinn brings a wealth
of government and legal knowledge with him, and has
served with the New York State Office of Science, Technology
and Academic Research. Mr. Quinn is a graduate of Siena
College and UB Law School. He is very active as Assemblyman
for the 146th District, a member of the UB Law School
Alumni, St. Francis High School Alumni and the Erie
County Bar Association.
JENNIFER
L. BURKE
Jennifer
L. Burke is an associate with the Firm, focusing her
practice in the areas of Real Estate and Banking Law.
Ms. Burke received her Bachelor of Arts degree from
Fairfield University and her Juris Doctor degree from
the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
Her professional memberships include the Erie County
Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association
and the Western New York Chapter of the Women's Bar
Association of the State of New York.

DILLON
Jennifer M.
Dillon is an associate with the Firm, and focuses her
practice in the areas of Social Security Disability,
Civil Litigation and Appeals. Ms.Dillon graduated with
honors from Boston College, and received her law degree
from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law
School. She is a past Director of the Women Lawyers
of Western New York, and a member of the New York State
and Erie County Bar Associations. She is admitted to
practice in State Courts, the Federal District Court
for the Western District of New York and the Second
circuit United States Court of Appeals.
RICHARD
W. COLE
Richard
W. Cole is an associate with the Firm, bringing 27 years
of experience with him. He concentrates his practice
in the areas of Family Law, Divorce and Separation.
He also has extensive experience in the area of Planned
Charitable Giving, Wills and Estate Planning. Mr. Cole
received his Juris Doctor degree from SUNY at Buffalo
in 1979 and graduated from SUNY College at Fredonia
with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education. Mr.
Cole is a member of the Erie County Bar Association,
the Erie County Bar’s Lawyer Referral Service and the
Law Guardian Panel. He is admitted to practice in the
Federal District Court for the Western District of New
York and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the
same district. \
CHRISTOPHER
M. PANNOZZO
Christopher
M. Pannozzo is an associate with the Firm, concentrating
his practice in the areas of personal injury and criminal
law. Mr. Pannozzo will also assist in the areas of civil
litigation, appellate practice and landlord-tenant law.
Mr. Pannozzo received his Bachelor's Degree from the
State University of New York at Oswego, magna cum laude,
with an honors diploma, and his Juris Doctor degree
from the University at Buffalo Law School, cum laude.
Mr. Pannozzo, a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity,
was associated with the Buffalo Law Review, and was
their Electronic Systems Editor. Mr. Pannozzo is a member
of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar
Association, Erie County Bar Association, New York State
Defenders Association and Erie County Aid to Indigent
Prisoners. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts
of New York, United States Federal Court, United States
District Court for the Western District of New York
and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
